I was the Debbie Downer wife that said, “Do not waste your money.” And I couldn’t imagine there’d be a fourth practice management company that would be any different because they all said the same thing, and they all gave us very, very little growth. This one is so different.

“I think if you want to do better ethically and grow in a controlled fashion, I think you’re absolutely nuts not to work with Elite Practice.”
- Dr. Luke Szott & Dr. Joey Woo
“We chose Elite because each team member received personalized training for their role. Dr. Carlo and Christine were always there when we had questions. Now, our team is happier, more cohesive, and our days flow smoothly, making our patients happier too.”
- Port Rowan, Ontario
- Dr. Peter Gunn
“Elite Practice takes a kind of all-inclusive approach to growing your practice. Every single part of our practice has been refined or altered in some way. It’s been absolutely fantastic, and it’s really changed my life.”
- Calgary, Alberta
- Dr. Tasneem Rhemtulla
“I love that Dr. Biasucci was a dentist that was doing the consulting. I’ve worked with other consultants that were just more of the business side of things, didn’t really understand the business of dentistry itself.”
- Markham, Ontario
- Dr. Sunny Yuen
“I am becoming a much better leader. I become more empathetic. I become a stronger person to face all the problems, issues, circumstances, I’m becoming more positive, and I’m looking forward for better results.”
- Toronto, Ontario
- Dr. Lawrence Freedman
“Elite Practice has helped me understand the use of marketing in a way that I never thought of. They helped me understand how to interact in the community in ways I never thought of. And for that, it’s been very helpful watching the practice grow and also really adding to my community.”
- Kemptville, Ontario
- Dr. Besher Alfarra
“Since I joined almost two years, I can feel the growth almost doubling… halfway in the program”
- Winnipeg, Manitoba
- Dr. Lanny Jacob
“Why try and reinvent the wheel? Elite provides a platform to take your practice to the next level, whatever level it is you choose.”
What could growth mean to your practice, lifestyle, and family?
“Our production has more than doubled. We went from a moderate amount in our savings account to just exploding. We’ve been able to upgrade all of our equipment. We’ve moved locations from a six operatory clinic to a 12 operatory clinic in a nice area of town.”
“I look at my practice differently. From a growth standpoint, we started with a five op office. We had only five chairs. We quickly moved up to six, and then we ran out of space in the office. Four years later, we’re in a new space with 10 chairs. We have patients walking in asking for a dentist. In this process, I’ve personally grown in leadership. In other ways, personally, I find that because I’m more efficient here, I tend to have more personal time that I didn’t have before.”
“I can’t say enough of what they’ve done for my practice and for my work-life balance. We’ve maxed out my practice in about two years of working Elite. And now during the third year, we’re really looking at what we can do outside my four walls, including developing a whole new much larger office, going from six chairs to 20 chairs, and also looking at acquiring other practices.”
“I was prompted to bring in Elite Practice because I’d worked with many different dental management consultants previously, and Elite Practice brings in the best of all worlds, combines everything, and makes everything really applicable to the everyday practice… If I have a fellow dentist who’s considering working with Elite, I would probably ask them, “Why haven’t you done it yet?"
